General administration responsibilities as required.Develop and deliver training to an agreed Mercedes-Benz training standard.Work closely with the wider training team to review delegate feedback, and support continuous improvement.Participate in and deliver Train the Trainer sessions to support yours and the teams development.Maintain Mercedes-Benz brand, and industry knowledge by participating in regular training and CPD.Develop course strategy for attended training programmes and digital delivery including e-learning and virtual classroom courses.Support development of all training materials, ensuring that courses are up to date, and suitable for the UK market, work with the development team to create engaging training courses covering the Mercedes-Benz technical learner journeys.Delivery of a minimum of 70 face to face training days per annum including virtual classroom and attended training programmes.This will create a 50/50 split between delivery and development. You will be expected to deliver a combination of attended and online training to Technicians in the Mercedes-Benz Car and Van network across the UK and in addition to this you will need to also be required to carry out course development activities across attended training courses and digital delivery including e-learning and virtual classroom areas.
